Great sailing experience. Awesome staff, very friendly and informative! Highly recommended and would definitely do it again if we happen to be back in Akaroa.

Such an awesome trip! So highly recommend you choose this over other experiences! This is an awesome 2.5hrs on a sail boat that took us around the harbour and also went a wee bit out into the ocean. I had my 15yr and 9yr old with me. There is commentary via loud speakers during the trip. We saw lots of different sea creatures. At the time we went this sailing had a money back guarantee on seeing the world's smallest and rarest Hector dolphin! And see them we did! So many and so playful! And the crew even plays different kinds of music depending on the dolphins moods! Due to the size of the vessel they are so close! Just an epic experience - my daughter really captured it when she said "I am never going to forget this for my whole life!"

We had a wonderful experience with Roy and Sabrina this afternoon. Interesting facts shared and the Hector dolphins up close was fabulous. It was s sunny day but low cloud 3 from the Antarctic made the trip particularly interesting. Highly recommended 3 hour plus experience

Great cruise. Roy is very knowledgeable of the area and the cruise was relaxing and entertaining. Saw so many Hector's dolphins and other beautiful wildlife. Even got the kids to sleep! Thank you

This is an awesome trip - highly recommended. We got to see the Hector’s Dolphin, the world’s most endangered dolphin. The dolphins swam close and followed us for ages. We also got to see giant petrels, takapu / gannets, spotted shags and more. The scenery is amazing and the sailing boat is 100 years old! Sailing with the wind is a great experience. The live commentary from the Captain - Roy - was very informative, entertaining and amusing. There were heaps of facts about Akaroa’s history and the volcanic origin too. And info about the wildlife of course. Excellent value for money. Highly enjoyable. I’d do this again!

Wow doesn't get close to how good the trip was with Roy on Fox II this afternoon. A number of highlights including Hectors Dolphins; Royal Albatrosses; Giant Petrels. On top of the other wildlife, and explanation of Akaroa's history. Travelling under sail was a bonus. Much more enjoyable than powered travel....

We absolutely loved our ride today thanks, such great staff, the dolphins were such a hit! Interesting commentary, hot drink and biscuit was a lovely touch. When we sailed it was beautiful. Thanks we really enjoyed ourselves!
