Service was very helpful. Shopping for a new puppy amd really needed their expert advice. The only downside i can see, is like most retailers, stock is limited, but this is outside of their control.

Great to see staff put animal welfare at the forefront as we were buying a bark collar for our dog and they offered alternatives before the sale. However, it took almost 20 minutes and 4 different staff to work out what code to enter into their system for the sale.

They have a reasonable selection of products, but as the store is on the smaller size and they have so many types of pets to cater for, they don't have a lot of choice between products. Prices are a little above what you might expect for quality, but we haven't had any major issues to date. It appears to be a very dog-friendly store (we have a cat, so I can't attest to that, just my observation). That area of Albany Mega Centre can get quite busy, especially on the weekend, so finding a park can often be challenging. Staff have generally been helpful and friendly, with no complaints from us
