We bought furniture 8 weeks ago. At the time of purchase I was told it would take up to 4 weeks for delivery, which sounded reasonable. The communication since the time of purchase has been very poor, I have tried contacting Freedom Albany on numerous occasions to try and understand what was happening and why there was a delay. They they unable to provide me with any explanation or whereabouts of the furniture. It has taken 8 weeks in total for them to be able to provide me with a delivery date, in another 2 weeks which will be a total of 6 weeks overdue. At this point I am still sceptical if that timeline will be met, and have not received any attempt of making amends from Freedom. Based on their communication and very lose delivery times I would not recommend Freedom Albany.
