I was very happy with the move out clean. The team were all very pleasant and worked very hard. They got a huge amount done in 4 hours (a complete internal and external clean). They left the place sparkling clean. Excellent communication before, during and after. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks to all involved!

Superb disappointed. We booked the deep cleaning for the studio and guys came with mop and few carpet cleaning tools. They even asked us to borrow our vacuum to them instead of using their own vacuum. After the cleaning, carpet is still dirty with some obvious dust on it. The window seemed untouched and dirty. Fridge is dirty and they removed lots of furniture without putting back and left them messy. After cleaning, there are no invoices or notes left at home about which part they have cleaned. Moreover, the bowls and plates in the apartment are gone even some of them are belonged to the landlord. We’re applying for the refund right now.

The team that deep cleaned my brother’s house was very efficient, professional & friendly. They handled the really challenging areas like mould & deep seated dirt very well, including cleaning of all the Venetian blinds on site. It was handy to have this carried out by same team at same time. Just forgot a couple areas like the oven & microwave & vacuuming one area after furniture was moved back in place. On the whole a splendid effort & good value for money. The team leader was a good communicator which was reassuring as we left the property for the day. Totally recommend them.

Service is convenient and good enough to pass an inspection, however for 1023.50 missed alot of attention to detail, things like skirting above wardrobe doors, and above windows; and wiping the edges of the light switches. The internal window clean for 120 was ok but in the hour I spent the night before, had cleaned the outsides to a higher standard. I would say use if you are in a hurry though as they were quick to accept work. Also will defiantly meet the residential tenancy acts requirement of 'must leave house in a reasonably clean condition'. - also a bit suss the invoice said 1 hour to clean a oven that had only ever been used for the hob, carpet steam was ok, however once would expect move out clean to include the majority of additional charges.
