Michael is fantastic. He has placed extra links and changed batteries for my Omega, Concord and Tag watches. I was sceptical for my first watch but now will trust him with my Cartier when it needs servicing also! Very reliable.

Went in to get an expensive car key done. I had been quoted 400 elsewhere. Michael was able to sort me out and get a key done for 99 that works better than the previous key! Awesome service and would highly recommend.

Needed a spare key cut for my car. The time comes where I finally lost my original key and needed to use the spare and it doesn’t even work. Can not advise going here or getting a key cut here unless you want to pay money for a key that is cut incorrectly.

My son bought an expensive pen for me for Christmas and took it to Mr Minit Albany to be engraved. Unfortunately the engraving was not done well. I took it back and the fantastic lady who served me was just wonderful. Tried to fix the engraving but wasn't able to so refunded me the engraving and the purchase of the pen. It is such a pleasure to receive such wonderful customer service. I'm sorry I never got the lad's name.
