I would recommend this place 100%. The guy who served me fixed my glasses without any hassle was so friendly! He also recommended me to get contact lenses (which i do need but was to scared to get because i dont like things in my eye). For an optometrist i feel like they catered to my needs very well because they actaully cared about my eyes. They are definitely the most friendly team and helpful team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

If you book a free Eye Check it might not be “free” … Apparently they have two options, and they will by default perform the more expensive option without providing you with the choice in advance. I was also told “Don’t worry, your medical insurance will cover the cost” – sorry, but that’s not the point …. Afterwards tried to discuss this in a civilised manner with the Manager but unfortunately not even an apology and rudely put the phone down on me. To his credit he at least agreed to a refund before cutting me off … Will never support again … but if you do, I would highly recommend that you clarify the service options & cost in advance.

Has been with opsm for a very long time. But got very disappointed with their customer service here. The manager looked at you like a idiot and not keen to help your problem. Most shocking experience as a customer. Not coming back again or recommend to anyone.
