Let me just start by saying: I’m a clumsy person so I am always dropping my phone. This time, barely half of my screen was visible and I couldn’t do anything with it. I took it here and the guy told me it would take around 20 minutes and the quote he gave me was way cheaper than what I had been expecting. 20 minutes later, I come back and everything is fixed!!! He also put a cover on it for 30. This morning (around a day after I had got it fixed), my screen was black. The phone itself was on but the screen was black. I tried restarting it but still no luck, so I took it back to the store. After only 15 minutes he put a new screen on and everything was fine again. Long story short, there was another problem with my phone (it is very damaged on the back) so it had nothing to do with him fixing it the other day. I highly recommend coming here because you won’t have to pay an insane amount or wait a long time. The guy was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming here again :)

Got a screen protector installed on a new phone. Quick and efficient service, staff was knowledgeable, reasonably priced. He was careful when handling my phone. Initially, there were some small bubbles after the protector was installed, but like what the staff member told me, it went away after a couple of days. He said to come back if the bubbles don't disappear and it'll be replaced. Highly recommend this store

Friendly and very helpful and good prices. After dropping my Samsung Galaxy in water, my screen had gone blank. I visited numerous places who said nothing could be done or too expensive to be fixed. To my delight Techpro Albany was able to fix my phone in 30 minutes there and then for a very reasonable cost. The phone is now working great and I am one very happy customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Techpro Albany.

Terrible customer service. Had a repair done which caused even more problems less than 24 hours after being ‘fixed’ for a hefty fee. The person there denies any responsibility when anything goes wrong and just asks you to call management but when you do, you receive the same response. It usually takes exceptionally poor customer service experience for me to actually go out of my way to review a business. I really don’t wish to leave a negative review if I don’t have to. I hope I can be constructive rather than critical, but for the sake of your integrity, please review some of your ‘policies’ that directly contradict the Consumers Guarantees Act.

Got phone fixed under 30 mins at very reasonable price and with high quality parts. Staff is very nice and friendly. He put a glass protector with no bubbles at all and bought a case at a best price in the mall.
