Purchased an anukmaster7000 from them last month and within a week it was faulty. exactly 7 days into my purchase, after using it, I was hit with what I could only describe as "fecal Hiroshima" what an absolute nightmare it was for me and my family, during our road tour of NZ. Immediately I went to a plumber to find out why all our sewerage had been reverse flushed into our RV. Upon the plumber inspection it turned out we were sold a faulty product that had more than likely been sitting in the show room for several years.... I immediately notified Lewis Gray ltd of the fault in our toilet but was only given incoherent rude rambling responses from "John". Needless to say we will be taking this further as it is simply unacceptable. For anyone out there looking to upgrade their mobile homes plumbing system I suggest you look elsewhere.

Purchased a Thetford Qube 165 from this company at the Covi Show and they refused to give me a receipt so I could keep for warranty purpose. Used to buy from them but because I was treated so badly. No more.
These sausages did not go down well with the family what so ever! Plus customer service was average at best!
