Our business (Flashworks Media) is continually growing. At times things happen so fast it can be hard to keep up with everything, especially when we want to implement new systems and process at the same time as keeping the current ones up to date. We tried outsourcing our administration tasks to an overseas company once before but the old saying "you get what you pay for" was 100% accurate. This situation didn't last long but we saw the potential. This is when we contracted the services Leafcutter to help decrease my personal workload IN the business and allow me to work ON the business. The experience we've had working with Leafcutter was worlds apart from the overseas company. We developed a system and I had (and have ) full confidence that when I assign tasks they will be done to the high standard we and our clients expect. Not only that, Leafcutter suggest new ideas that also helped improve efficiency and smooth running of the business and became a great asset to the team. Once we were caught up with the new systems and things were running smooth we dialed Leafcutter right back which again highlighted the benefits of a contract admin, rather than full time staff. We are about to go into another growth phase and will be using Leafcutter again during this time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leafcutter for admin, funding, comms and anything else you need.
