Alice provided exceptional service from the moment I walked in, to the time I walked out (even after all my questions). She made the whole process comfortable and easy. I took my 3 year old to see Alice as I’ve been concerned about his hearing and the impact it might be having on his speech. He certainly didn’t want to be there at first (throwing quite the toddler tantrum), but Alice was really friendly and fun with him, and he settled down within minutes. Alice was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. Definitely recommend!
I visited Alice after some ear trouble following regular indoor swimming and found her to be both an efficient and quality operator. She genuinely cared about my wellbeing, was warm and welcoming, and now I've got some awesome swimmers ear plugs thanks to her! It was so easy!
