Unbelievably the worst communication ever! They are still active with IRD, dozens of calls and numerous emails trying to ask for replies. How on earth is this possible in today's world. Zero out of a hundred on professional services.

I have used fresh tax for a few years and they had always been great up until this year. I have rung and left messages for them never to return the calls. The last email from them they said they would be in touch as soon as they had the info from ird they were waiting on. No emails back since and it has now been over 2 months. Even after a couple of follow up emails from me. Not sure if they have shut down or what but a simple phone call just to say what's going on would be the professional thing to do. Not just leave people hanging. So unfortunately I would have to say dont waste your time calling their number.
All there phone lines are disconnected and some just go to voicemail and never get a reply worst
