We stopped in here for a coffee which was surprisingly good. They are dog friendly and have a big outdoor area. We also had a soft serve strawberry ice cream (be rude not to) which was good but maybe a bit high on the water content. More fruit might be better. Worth and visit and of course you can also pick your own strawberries

Wonderful place for family and friends to relax. Ample seating area in a beautiful setting you can tell they take pride in cleanliness. They are generous with their portions and staff are welcoming. We were also joined by the company of a well behaved dog.

We've been here twice. The first time, wasn't a great experience (our order was left sitting on the counter, no number was called etc.) We went back a second time this past weekend. Two issues. We paid for our order and received the first ice cream. We waited and waited for the second ice cream, only to be eventually told "We're out of dairy free ice cream." and handed a refund. No apology for wasting our time, or not telling us when we placed the order. The staff here are young, and manners aren't their strong point. Second issue: The one ice cream we did receive had a hair in it! Never again.

This is a really nice ice-cream parlour, just off to the side of Mill Road. Besides ice-cream, they also do coffee and you can pick your own strawberries too. There is also a spacious outside area with tables. I hope, in the future, that they'll extend to having cafe style food to go with the coffee.

Must try if you are this side of town .. loved their outdoor seating and the friendly labradoodle who makes sure you don't go away without petting him.. only thing was inspite of having so many ice cream machines.. they were running only one .. so it was a long wait

Ice cream tastes good but James was really arrogant and nasty when my friends and I went. He was grumpy towards his staff then when my number was called I put the receipt down on the counter so I could grab my ice creams, then James had a go at me and said I needed to stick it through some piece of wood with a nail in it along with everyone else's receipt. If everyone is supposed to do it then why don't you put a sign up telling them to? I imagine James is probably making a fortune off this place during the summer so the least he could do is be nice to people.

The strawberries were 18 per kg which is almost twice the supermarket price. There was no eating allowed in the field. The strawberries were big but not all of them were sweet. The ice cream was good. They opened late especially for us.

I went for PYO with a 5 years old kid at 18/12 morning, frankly , the strawberry is big, juicy and sweet. The cafe is nice. 18/kg, I expect the customer service would be better, I picked 50 strawberry, after I paid, the staff ordered me to pack the strawberry by myself and ran away promptly. I am asian, the staff seems not friendly towards us. I observed the staff packed strawberry to others, they were friendly to local people. I felt not be welcome. I dun mind to pay more for good quality strawberry, but I will not go if the customer service is like that.
