Hear Again Whangaparaoa was excellent. I swapped to them because Steve took a genuine interest in my hearing problems and patiently found the best solution. His explanations and instructions were far better than anything I had experienced before.

I had my ears suctioned here. It took 5 minutes and was not successful. My ears remained blocked, the first time this has ever happened. I felt as though it was very rushed. I will not return. Steve to his credit phoned shortly after I posted the above. I returned and he suctioned my ears again for free. He said I had made a lot of wax in under 2 weeks. He was rougher than I had ever previously experienced.I will not be returning
