Up to now the ware house has been great over the years had no troubles staff are great and help you out when needed but sorry now they are closing down not good for those working in the warehouse and no good to me and a lot of others that's what big firms do drop you like that and walk away now 0 star rateing

Our local warehouse. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Shop is always clean. I find Silverdale has more selection and Albany is recently refurbished so more modern and bigger. Usually good offers on.
One of my favirote places in the plaza allways has what you need clothes and food and everthing else very sad about it closing down soon and i will miss it so much.
Always a good store to shop at, lovely lady on the customer services counter who generally seems to look after returns etc friendly and efficient.
Messed me around for over two weeks on a delivery (that was a xmas present for a child) and then just decided not to fulfill the order with no explanation. Absolutely shocking customer service.
