Customer Service was always excellent, so they get 2 starts but..... having the cambelt gears "wear off" at 74K km traveled, while on the motorway, in a looked after, 6 year old car, brought new and regularly serviced at this one place.... is more than a little disappointing. I might of been offered 50% off new engine from France, at price of a new car, if I waited 6 weeks for the decision and parts. So have no choice really to get a 2nd hand engine. So all my friends who told be about how unreliable this brand is - have been proven right. I thought if I looked after and did all the required services here I would not have such a serious quality fault at 74K km Nice car to drive but sell it before the warranty runs out
