Had a great day riding bikes. The bikes are new and really well maintained. Great advice on where to ride from the team. Also have pick up service which we used after a trip to the winery. The river ride with all the bridge crossings was ideal for a family with two small kids. Definitely recommend Arrowtown Bikes...

Great service and value. Bikes are great quality unlike many hire places you experience. Don’t bother with a guided tour as these guys will give you all you need to explore yourself We did the 30km river and Lake Hayes ride.

Hired two mountain bikes, one with a child’s trailer. My first time riding with the trailer and my 2 year-old loved it. We rode about 5km along the River Bridges trail which was easily manageable. The river is an awesome setting and this is a great way to see it. Arrowtown Bike Hire were awesome to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Awesome bikes, customer service and friendly staff. Made everything very easy, from booking, to bike pick up and shuttle back to town. Can highly recommend, especially to families with young children - we hired kiddie trailer to tow behind the adult bike and our 1.5 year old absolutely loved it! Best family fun time we've had for ages. Thanks Adin and team, this was the highlight of our Queenstown weekend!
