Had a delicious cocktail in the new gin bar. Will be back another time for food. Also a good selection of books (maybe the only bookstore in Arrowtown).

Fab venue for what was such great movie. Love the ambience
One of the 1000 cinemas to visit before you die. Heck, I would put it in the top 100, near the top. Wonderful cinema with a great selection of movies - and just as great a selection of books. Two cosy (one very cosy) theatres. Showings have a mandatory intermission to refresh glasses and other supplies. Now that's what I call going to the movies.
Wonderful way to enjoy a movie in a boutique cinema. More like being in a nice lounge with some friends you don’t know yet! This place provides an experience that is the way movies should be watched. In the main Theater you always have intermission and plenty of drinks and nibbles to enjoy! You should try and see at least one movie in the den which is the smaller more intimate lounge style environment.

Lovely little cinema with a great selection of films for its size. It was a novel experience compared to the big cinema chains, complete with a mid-film intermission! Definitely would go here again.
I STRONGLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND the place because of how rude and abrupt the staff are. Tonight three of us were looking forward to watching a film, Unfortunately the film was R16 and I was 15 turning 16 next week. And the other two people were adults therefore we were sent out due this rude and abrupt woman at the counter, perhaps she shouldn't be working there at all. Overall Personally, I wouldn't recommend the place to all people as the staff are very rude and abrupt, so to all the tourists find a better cinema.
Cute boutique cinema in Arrowtown. They do have platters and various beverages as well (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Spacious and comfortable seats. Make sure you book ahead.
