I attended a Small Blacks coaching course in preparation for my son's first year of tackle rugby in the Under 8's. And also because I've always had an interest in sports coaching. The MCRFU rooms were well laid out for the course, and after a little bit of theory we got stuck into practical drills, which was just what I was after.

The show grounds are where we come to train. Run up and down the stadium. Good free fitness.
Its great that so many people come along & support our team when they're playing.
Great central place for lots of events,we visit there a lot for a variety of things.People friendly and helpful.
