I have had only exceptional service at this Store. Hayley and Carol go over and above with their postal customers helping with sizing weight and prices. (They have both even taken the time to explain the nz post website to me) They are both chatty lovely ladies - I would recommend this shop to anyone needing stationary or posting anything anywhere in the world. ! :) GREAT SERVICES, and GREAT SHOP!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with office spot in ashburton! All the ladies have been extremely helpful, especially Hayley Paulson who on more than one occasion has gone completely above & beyond her job to help me especially when nobody else would. Every time I've been their they have had great customer service, I personally would go as far as saying the best customer services I've experienced WORLDWIDE! I highly recommend using them

Customer service is King; however at Office Spot perhaps they are still working on the old theory that cash is King. Both ladies appear to not get on at times and loathe being at their place of work and this attribute especially for Hayley really shines through as she is likely to ignore you or pretend to not see you. I would even go as far as saying that the air is so tense it borders on a continual female cycle of that time of the month 24/7. But I don’t wont to seem too harsh, but why work there Hayley if you hate the job that much? A smile or “how are you today” costs nothing, we don’t expect roses and box of chocolates to be laid at our feet Hayley, just a little respect and touch of unpretentiousness, So why do I go there then, because the company has an account with them? Would I recommend shopping there? Well, the jury is out on that one!!
