please look at the reviews before purchasing a car of this company. If I was able to give you a no star review I would. Purchased A van from 2 cheap cars , 2 days later broke down and they aren't willing to help with repairing it. Very rude and horrible customer service. Do not recommend

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM 2 CHEAP CARS. i purchased a family member a car due to them having a baby and not being able to afford the car outright. We purchased a Toyota estima on the 9th of January and On the 11th of January the cars lights all suddenly came on, ( engine light etc ) we contacted 2 cheap cars regarding the issue, they told us to contact there claims team, we did. While waiting for the claims team to get back to us we thought we'd take it to a hybrid specialist. Hyrbid specialist stated that the van has a hybrid issue and it was a previous fault that was reset 261kms ago. The Repair to fix the hybrid battery is 5000. How can you sell a car for 10,000 and not repair it after breaking down 2 days later with a fault that was there before purchase.

Didn't respond to me when trying to contact them regarding missing bolts that hold the breaks on, really unsafe vehicles, I had to replace the battery a week after buying as it wouldn't start anymore and also tried to trick me in to longer finance than I wanted just so they could get more money, definitely go somewhere else that actually has customer service

Purchasing of vehicle was fine, after 2 weeks I took car back because of rattling, was given a brand new wof, a month later (lockdown in between) as I'm driving to work the wheel comes off, after sending car to get fixed they didn't do the work-same wheel put back on and control arm dangerously damaged was left unchanged. Currently getting it sorted, at the expense of 2 Cheap Cars with my own mechanic
