Our door broke at 6.30pm Tuesday night and by 8.20am the following morning it was repaired at a reasonable price. I called and spoke with someone after 7pm who logged the job. I had a call back from a service person who diagnosed the problem and arranged for a repair to be sorted the next morning. A huge thank you to the whole team.

The exact same experience as below. Someone came out to measure up. Numerous calls and texts to the owner Andrew resulted in only lies and no quote. Bizarre behaviour from a business owner. AVOID this business.
Came to inspect and said he will email us a quotation. Didn't hear from him. Rang three times to remind him that we haven't received the quotation. Each time he said that he will email it to us and same thing no response. wasted too much of our time. I wouldn't recommend this business.
Fantastic service great staff
After changing owner the experience is bad, we send them a job order, the tenant called them to cancel the job 5 hours before the appointment time, they still send someone through and billed us. Bad communication .
