Worst experience. They just want money and not intending to deliver service. I recommend why people put bad reviews on this company. They are saying truth. In my case, I declined their service right after i received a quote. But they keep sending me invoice for the service which i clearly declined. But they insist that they have not received an email that i declined their service. When i sent the proof, they went silent. They just want money. Don't use them. Greedy people.

Awful company. Don't use them. There is a review on this company posted 5 years ago. I agree with him 100%. It says as follows... " Disgusting awful people - can't follow instructions then once job cancelled still send you bill - NEVER EVER deal with these people - the most unprofessional ever encounter!!!!!!! **Update**Very sure I am reviewing the correct company - A2Z Translate Auckland by far the worst company ever experience with - their actions are and customer service are what you expect of gutter operator and most unprofessional - STRONGLY recommend no customer ever work with them!!!!"

Make sure you read the terms and conditions! As soon as quotes are accepted you owe the company money, which they can then add interest to (and even sell on to debt collection agencies!) I wanted to cancel my order (which I had already had a certified translation made of for a much more reasonable price). However when I went to cancel I was told this was not possible and sure enough if you read the fine print you'll find they can add interest to your bill and even sell it on to a debt collection agency before you ever get your translation! I ended up paying 74 for a 50 word translation(certificate) which I didn't even need anymore. I understand if they are translating something large and complex that they may need to start with translation before payment is confirmed so as to provide timely service, however I don't think this model works at all well for small jobs with online bookings. Also a little more empathy from the staff would have gone a long way to making my experience with this company a better one. I will say that they translated the document well and delivery was timely following payment confirmation, however there are much more reasonably priced companies out there that are much more pleasant to deal with.

I was very impressed with the speed of the translations from German to English to assist my daughter to enter University in NZ. 3 years later I was very happy when my request to find the original German documents was achieved in a very short time frame. Excellent customer service, Highly recommended.

Wonderful. Super fast to reply to ALL emails and undertook the work with no fuss in a professional manner. I asked to make a change but they advised me accordingly but were willing to make changes if i deemed i wanted it that way. Simon Lowe it seems probably didn't use these guys and it appears he's the one who clearly can't follow a basic link. These guys from 6 agencies i contacted were the most efficient and economical. Quote was agreed and i paid on Tuesday, draft rx'd Wed and original doc sent and received to the south island 7am Friday. Excellent in my books !!

Today my partner went into their office to get my birth certificate translated. The guy in the office refused to do it, and told us that what he brought was not my birth certificate. He said he got the citizenship himself and that is for sure not a birth certificate. I think it is very rude for him to give us any advice on immigration matters since he's not a lawyer. And I just consulted my lawyer and that is exactly what a birth certificate is. What he said to my partner got both of us confused. And calling my birth certificate a fake has sent me to endless confusion. I hope in the future their employee could save this kind of behaviour and just let people know that they don't want their business. It's way easier. Rude and unprofessional people alert!!!
