My Father ran this testing station for nearly 20 years when it was Council owned and operated. He'd turn in his grave if he could see how poor the customer service is, how dismissive several of the staff were. I have been going back to this site out of loyalty for 30 years... the other day was for the last time. 0 stars.

Good old fashioned WOF. Staff carrying out inspections are typically very experienced, and while I'd not call them jovial, are at least efficient and thorough. Staff at the counter are typically friendly and helpful. Motorcycle WOFs done here (not always the case at AA).

Normal waiting time, based on vehicles already in line. Only thing was indian guy got out of car never said anything, never looked at me nothing.. Just walked away.. Otherwise pleasant service.

Arrived at GI testing yesterday Dec 10 about 3.30.pm. Hooray only one car ahead of me rather than a whole que that has, on occasions kept me waiting 40/50 minutes. But alas while the car in front of me was awaiting to be inspected not an inspector in sight. Eventually they inspected the vehicle at a no hurry pace, indeed I would say they have two speeds very slow and stop, Eventually my vehicle was inspected and passed but that took 20 minutes. While the office staff were helpful and friendly I really think the inspectors need to up the pace.......a lot

I have been coming here for years and always had; quick, efficient and reliable service. Never had them fail the wof on spurious ground, as I had experienced elsewhere. They are friendly enough, but not overly chatty :) My go to WOF even though I don't live as local anymore.

Such nice staff at AA. GlenInnes. Went to register my licence for another 2yrs. such a nice lady and gentleman at counters. It was clean and tidy plus good parking. Had been to other place to register but walked out. Will go back to AA GlenInnes. Pat.
