Sent my laser through burnings to get recalibrate it was out they sorted it .when I received it 2weeks later opened it up to find that they had sent the laser back unlocked tried blaming the courier driver ask me to check if it was out .to me they should sort it .I don't know why they are blaming the courier driver when the should take responsibility and sort it \u200d️ laser was dewalt not Bosch.

Had a PLS that has been used only 3 times from new. Dry joint manufacturing fault, yet I had to pay to fix it. I’ve purchased several thousands dollars of gear for my building over the years. Won’t be buying anything else
