I have used Aelia Duty Free for over 20 years and they are awesome and I have recommended them to at least 50 people. Great range, the best prices and so convenient. Very modern and a great selection of products. I mainly shop for alcohol and the deals and selection are great. Having the option of collecting your purchase when you return is always good (Yes, I know it's standard these days) and the kids really love the robot for click and collect

I find shopping online with Aelia Duty Free to be fantastic. It's convenient for me to shop online prior to travelling and then collect on arrival home. I enjoy watching the machine at Auckland airport collect my shopping bag from the locker and deliver it to me. Convenient, entertaining and usually gets me ahead of the queues in customs.
