Thank you AES for installing a Fujitsu Heat Pump for us. You made the whole process simple and stress free. You arrived on time and managed to schedule an install faster than other companies can schedule a quote visit. The install is excellent and super clean. You communicated everything you needed to do. The install was so quick that I didnt get to spend half a day away from work! Thanks again for a job well done!

AES managed to install the heat pump 3 days earlier than originally confirmed which was great. The installation was smooth, done by a friendly team. I had arranged for a site visit before the quote. It however was cancelled at the last minute. I underestimated the additional piping that was required and therefore was unpleasantly surprised when the invoice total far exceeded the quote. (I knew additional piping incurred a extra cost per meter). I therefore suggest a site visit is a must in order to receive an accurate quote. Overall I am very happy with the new pump. Thank you.

There are quite a few things I noted about dealing with AES: 1) They were very responsive to my contact and responded very quickly and efficiently. 2) The installation was really hassle-free, took the amount of time they said it would and the installer cleaned up after himself. 3) AES was very competitively priced and best of all they are local, and I wanted to support a local company. Overall a great job.
