The attitude of the customer service is very poor. It is impossible to imagine such a big company's service is so rubbish. The insurance has been notified to cancel, but the attitude is arrogant and does not admit that such things happen.

Applied for income insurance for illness and injury only, they wanted to know everything including weather the company I work for received the wage subsidy for covid. After answering extra questions they wanted nothing to do with me as my employer had received the subsidy and my BMI was to high for them. Don’t waste you time with this company

Disgusting, appalling behavior from this place. Had a personal loan from ASB and had insurance for the loan, 6 months later I realise that they are still taking insurance payments, their excuse? They don't cease payments until the person dies, written in a policy document that was never sent. What BS is that? So I fill in a form and I'm still waiting for the payments to cease. I ended up closing the bank account so they couldn't steal any more money off me. DO NOT USE THEM, nothing but crooks.

If I could give a -100, that will still not be enough!!! An absolute disgrace of a company!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! They look for any reason NOT to pay out a claim. My Father took out life insurace THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT!! oh no they are just too quick to sign u up and have you pay!!! My Father passed away VERY suddenly on the 27the of June 2020 with an Pulmonary embolism. Now AIA wont pay out the life insurance policy As if Life isnt hard enough already on the loved ones he so suddenly left behind, you have to come and take away the last grain of hope!!!! Ridiculous! May one of you that made this decisions end up in this situation!!
