Excellent training in a fun and safe environment. Roberts sensei has very high standards, which are communicated through his attention to detail and commitment to imparting knowledge. The dojo environment is always encouraging and sensei's patience and humour creates a welcoming atmosphere where we are inspired to strive for the highest standards in Aikido. In addition, teaching and learning is a reciprocal shared process across the grades, from senior to junior. I feel very privileged to train at this dojo that has direct connections to the birth place of Aikido.

Extremely clear aikido without nonsense or fantasy and some of the best traditional weapons teaching you're likely to find anywhere. If you want aikido (and more...) then don't go past this dojo.

I've been training here for four years now. The group are friendly and focussed on learning. Sensei gives clear, well organised classes. This creates a great environment where I can learn quickly and be inspired to become even better. When I meet people from other dojos it's obvious how good our learning environment is.
