At the airport heading to Napier to my mates birthday had a nice breakfast in the airnz Koru Lounge unfortunately no blackpudding I might write to them And suggest that would be a nice addition to the breakfast enjoy your day wherever you are and share the love you Auckland Domestic Lounge The Air New Zealand Auckland Domestic Lounge has been through a refurbishment and opened mid-July 2020. The lounge remains in the same location, offer 10% more seating than before and features elements of the signature modern Air New Zealand lounge design. Access Airpoints Elite, Gold, Elite Partner and Koru members departing on an Air New Zealand flight (no more than four hours prior to flight departure). Guests Your guest must enter the lounge at the same time as you and be departing on an Air New Zealand domestic operated flight. Airpoints Elite members can bring up to three guests. Airpoints Gold, Elite Partner and Koru members can bring in one guest. Guest access is subject to space on the day. Up to a maximum of three children, accompanying the member, aged between 3 and 17 years (inclusive) are permitted on a complimentary basis, subject to space availability, and must be supervised at all times. Children aged 2 years and under travelling with an Airpoints Elite, Gold, Elite Partner or Koru members, may access our Air New Zealand Lounges on a complimentary basis subject to space availability. Opening times Open one hour before the first flight until the last departure. Location Auckland Airport Domestic Terminal, first floor, near departure gate 33. Size 1357m2, seating for 375 guests. Food & drink Buffet meals, snacks, barista coffee and bar. Business Wifi, business desk, photocopier, printer and phone charging station. Entertainment Magazines and TV. Bathrooms Toilets, shower, towels and hairdryers.

Hey this is the lounge to go. Nice environment, plenty of food choices and delicious. Usually not found among Airline lounges. On top of it, people there are friendly and helpful. Adrienne is particularly helpful in helping our check in. A kind, patient, and skillful employee is an asset of the airline. It’s just a coincidence that I visited two air New Zealand lounges in two countries in the past few days and both are excellent. Way to go!

Nice and relaxing, well set out. Downside is an air bridge in the way of plane spotting, otherwise a pleasing area to chill

Not quite sure whats going in here. Level 2 no guests, so my child is not allowed in and has to wait outside, where as other children are in with their parents. Perhaps the children have their own membership at 3 years old? A shame considering how much my company spends on yearly membership and flights each year.

Great service at the bar with a great range of drinks. Was a bit disappointed with the lack of variety when it came to food - wasn't topped up very regularly and there was nothing on the signs to suggest dietary requirements (I was travelling with someone who is gluten free).
