Had a wonderful experience dealing with them! The pump for our toilet broke last night and needed immediate replacement, and they came straight away without any problems! Was a bit of a complicated fix but they got it done within the night and the family was happy. Hopefully won’t have another issue like this again but was very impressed by their service and would happily use them again :)

Came and fixed our water pump at very short notice, within 4-5 hours on a Friday. John is a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable technician who tested our system and explained everything he was doing and why. He had it all up and working very quickly. I would have no hesitation in Recommending these guys.
Expensive, and wont give break down of costs for comparison on the quote. We went ahead anyway as the pump was already in their workshop, and the work done by the technician was good.
I've only dealt with them over the counter on a couple of occasions, and have to say the woman I've spoken to both times is just incredibly abrasive and shouldn't really be customer-facing at all. The work they did for me seemed a little pricey, but they did what they said they would do so can't complain there.
Needed a pump to be assessed, they came out quickly, but was charged a very high call out fee, they claimed I was informed about it by email, but I never got it, not even on spam ??? there was no solution offered by them other than, " you just have to buy another one", their professional told us the pump was not to be used on hot water, but it was a pet grooming pump, they charged us for their professional''s parking with no previous agreement on such, they claimed their professional spent nearly an hour on site, but my staff claims he was here for about 20 od minutes, Very poor delivery of costumer service, I would not recommend them, pricey and not worth it.
Our feedback on the service All Pumps Ltd provided back in Sep 2017; We contacted All Pumps Ltd regarding our pump since it was not functioning properly. They sent out a technician to check and fix the problem. Subsequent to visit, we phoned and talked to thier tech as he was not sure what was the problem with so many guesses. He suggested we replace the pump as the best solution since the pump is cheap and a Davey brand pump, All Pumps is their seller by the way, should work better for us. The tech also mentioned the wastewater pumps are also at the point of failure which will need to be replaced. He was not sure exactly when I asked the cost of a new Davey pump but indicatively around 2,000 dollars. All Pumps then sent us a bill of 520 dollars for the service. A few days after the inspection the pump starts playing up with the same problem as before. The same time All Pumps sent us another quote for the replacement of wastewater pumps as per your technician's recommendation. The quote was 3,200 dollars. What we did, we asked for a second opinion and got a pump guy from Helensville, recommended by our neighbour, to check the pump. Before he visits our place over the phone I explained the problem and he sussed it out straight away there is something wrong with the controller......He came the day after and replaced the controller and the pump is now working perfectly for over 2 months. It costs us 276 incl gst (unit and labour). If we would have taken advice from All pupms, it would have cost us ; 1st visit: 520 Replacement of pump: circa 2,000 Replacement of wasterwater pump: 3,200 Total : 5,700 We tried to get a decent feedback from them but no luck...So just watch out and do your homework before calling them....
