Do not recommend this place if you want a good customer service. The lady at the front desk is not polite, rude and very unfriendly. We have been playing here on Sundays for almost 6 months and we are being treated this way. Never would suggest this place in regards to the customer service.
Have been playing here for a while but the Sunday staff on 6/12/2020, was very rude and not friendly at all. There should be a certain level of calmness that should be there with the staff when in customer servicing role The court and facilities are good, but at the end of the day, customer service also plays a crucial role in keeping the morale up.
06-12-2020 Sunday Bad customer service from the sunday morning front desk receptionist. It was a lady, don’t know her name. We have been playing here for a long time. The court and all other thing are good, but the cutomer service from that lady is really bad and it ruins all the enjoyment of the game.
Needs more parking space.
Amazing place...but staff works in the reception (on Sunday )was not friendly. We was playing vollyball and basketball twice in a week.she was very rude today,switched off the light before our paid time.YMCA onehunga is better than allan Brewster.we booked the same for next week.i am really sorry to say this.

It is really annoying that, lady sitting on the front desk during Sunday morning is behaving very badly to customers who came to play volleyball and she doesn’t even know how valuable a customer is. We have been playing here since long ago, but her behaviour to us is really rude and unacceptable.. I don’t know the name of that lady. It is really bad
