I have been there today to buy ballet type shoes and staff who looked after me was very friendly with big smile on her face. I did enjoyed the experience. Looking forward to trying those Merino wool shoes
I've bought several pairs of Allbirds online previously but wanted to make sure I got the correct size of running shoes, so I went to visit the store. Was pretty impressed. The staff was super helpful and there was a lot of selection there. I've always been impressed with Allbirds and would definitely recommend them.

Shoes made in New Zealand with all natural kiwi wool and natural soles. Shop is very modern and staff know their product.
They are super comfortable, but having said, there are issues with the construction of the shoes. This is my second pair of 'slippers'. The first pair collapsed soon after I bought them and they were replaced with a new version of that same shoe. Now the second pair have had the same problems. The inside of the shoe has fallen apart. These are not cheap shoes. Not happy.
