Trash company , if you are a international student don't choice this one, bad altitude slow reply, delay my treatment so hard. Have to contact them via university, I wander they are not oriented to individuals but companies. Any way, bad experience so far.

The worst insurance company. They took 6 (!) working days to find out the cost of the claim for urgent (!) surgery (that was provided in the estimated cost documents, they just needed to sum it up) and made a request for additional documents. Hopefully, surgery delay will not affect seriously on my health.

Didn't hear anything from them for over a month. Contact center staff couldn't give any meaningful update/were unhelpful. Decision made but no comms received so had to keep chasing. Policy contradicts itself and they will do what they can to not pay, there really is no point in taking out travel insurance with this provider.

I wanted to extend the travel insurance of my in-laws who stuck here due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Although I definitely appreciate paying additional premium, I do not understand extra 243 NZD that you charge as a fee to extend the insurance, on top of 300 NZD premium! Absolute rip off! Do not recommend this company!

If I could give no stars I would, I phoned to be told I'd be called back 2 hours later I phoned back. I needed to do medical assessment because I've had a renal transplant it said in its phone message , when I spoke to the girl she was rude and refused to assess me because I've had a transplant. I said I know you will need to exclude existing conditions but if I break my leg or loose luggage I want to know I have cover to be told no policy said we won't cover you. Discrimination because I have an existing condition which does not effect my day to day living and I was not asking them to cover! Customer service is very poor.

my experience: travel insurance,claim process over3months (still not finished) customer service terrible they reply fridays if you lucky! I brought travel insurance from ANZ Bank they recommended it to me. they let me in Indonesia without any competitions . overall bad experience. *** reply below is just for look , they stop communication with me as customer.
