Dropped my drill in a month ago, was told a week ago the part was ordered and coming in... was told part came in yesterday and was the wrong part. Dealing with ladies at counter, their extremely rude and short with you... theres no urgency to look after customers. Found service to be extremely under par. Recieved drill back without getting fixed because i needed it for work and now appears to have a raddle in the motor case when it didnt have one before.... not like tradesmen know how things work\u200d️ worst experience dealing with any company, those ladies need to get off their high horse

Worse service I’ve recieved for anything ever by the elderly lady at the front desk. Acted like i owed her a favour when i was the paying customer. I couldnt understand what the hell was wrong with her but i wont be coming back.
Gail is always helpful and they have a good range of gear for tradies.

0 star! Old lady at front desk is really rude and they are very slow about what they are doing. I was turned down and got hang up when I was trying to get an update about the job. Front desk lady is rude and dishonest. She is the one who ruins the business. Will go to someone else next time

I'd give them zero stars if possible. I'm not one to moan, especially if it was a one off bad experience but it happens every time I visit. I've tried to order a few replacement parts and they never come thru and there is not correspondence. Pretty poor service considering they advertise prolifically on the radio saying they're the best etc. If this is the best Auckland has to offer in electrical tool repairs then it is sad. Their systems are outdated and inadequate as all details are just written into a log book and that's about as far as it goes. I would sincerely not recommended this company. Unhelpful, unprofessional and unreliable. Very disappointed on several occasions.
