I've been with them a few years now. These guys go above and beyond the call of duty, really flawless in my dealings with them. A very professional as well as personable service, and top notch communication. A brilliant outfit with a unique brand. Given the scale of their scope and achievements, I'm very surprised at the very limited number of google reviews. I've mostly dealt with Natasha who took great care of me. I had a wonderful experience with Natasha and would highly recommend her. This is a place where you are presented an opportunity based on your preference but their interaction with you doesn't end there. From the time I got a call from Natasha about a job opportunity, till the day of the interview and even thereafter, her level of professionalism as well as she was so courteous and helpful. That is the best part as it helps an employee to a great extent to not just be presented a job opportunity but also given support and concern if you need them, they will respond and hear you out. In my point of view, I like the fact that some background checks are done which is a great help to the employer to know who they are hiring from a safety standpoint. Bottom line, whoever I interacted with from the Alpha Recruitment team was wonderful, including Irana. Great job! Keep it up.

False jobs advertised. Made me waste time coming for an interview for a job which probably didn't exist. Then advised me i'd have another interview the same day and to expect a call back and to be ready to interview. They didn't bother to call me back at all that day, or the day after, or at all. So i called back the following week to which they said the role had been filled but I just checked and they reposted the same fake job two weeks later. I'm from England there are 60 million people, the job market is highly competitive and yet recruitors manage to treat job seekers with respect. My brother is a top recruiter for a lucrative company and i've worked for a major recruitor so i know how it works. There is no excuse, its pathetic. My advice is don't waste your time!! Apply direct or go with a well established international agency.
