They claim to give 5 year guarantee. When it comes to it no guarantee on glass. Handles only 2 year. This is nowhere mentioned in the contract. The double glazed window had a spontaneous crack but they don't want to know. Also at the time of installation we had a builder spent 1/2 day to increase the window space ,for a lot of added costs , because their measurements skills are not too best. I didn't complain at the time because did not wanted to wait again for over 10 weeks for a right sized one. At the end Metro glass replaced the window out of good will. Thank you Metro glass AAA
