Andrew is a teacher that talks the talk but definitely walks the walk. Andrew has both an education in drumming and a massive professional gigging resume. He takes his craft very seriously and his success is proof of that. Check out his website and awesome blog to read up on some of the amazing things he has done lately. Don't be intimidated by this though as he happens to be one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. This allows for a great teaching environment where he makes you feel comfortable and enjoy what you are learning. I highly recommend Andrew as a drum teacher to people of all ages. I was an adult student of his and enjoyed his approach to the drums and knowledge he has behind him. If you are looking for a guy who has been there and done that in the drumming world then Andrew is your guy.

I am just amazed by the progress my son has made since starting his drumming lessons with Andrew. It is inspiring watching them practicing a new cover and playing in unison. Andrew has been his one and only drum teacher from the start. If you want to give your child the gift of drumming, go see this man. Thank you so much Andrew!

Andrew is a professional drummer with great background both in music theory(Jazz Degree) and experience (played in different gigs and is still playing with his band). Though his credentials are intimidating, he is the most welcoming and most patient teacher any drummer can have. He tries to explain and answer every question that I have in a way that I can understand. He is very particular on the fundamentals in which every drummer must learn, and because of this, I noticed a huge improvement on my drumming in just two sessions with him. He always give tips on what to do and practice to improve my drumming every session. He always encourage his students and help them on their goal in the style of drumming they want to learn. He always makes our session fun but full of information. I highly recommend him as a drum teacher to people of all ages. He is the most cool and approachable drum teacher you can find.

Andrew is a wonderful teacher and he is very bright and welcoming. I never enjoy having to miss a lesson. I’m really lucky my mum found Andrew because I think he is the best teacher anyone could have. He makes me believe in myself and has definitely made me think more positive. He lets me play music that I am into not just any old boring song. Every Wednesday I walk out of his studio with a big smile on my face and I can’t wait for my next lesson. HANNAH G age (9)

Highly recommend Andrews services. He's very personable and passionate about his art. Our son is always keen to attend his lessons. He's made excellent progress in the short time that he's been attending.

Andrew provides a positive and encouraging environment for learning the drums. Both my sons attend and are keen each week to get to their lesson. Seeing their progress on a YouTube clip has been very exciting.

I highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a professional drummer to teach them or their kids how to play drums. It's hard to find a reliable drum teacher that doesn't look like they just escaped rehab, but Andrew is a real professional. He's university qualified (jazz drumming no less), you can see him playing rock most weekends with his covers band, and he's played musicals, shows, and cruiseships - giving him a breadth of real working experience and versatility that's rare in a drum teacher (and he's a nice guy). Very happy to recommend Andrew
