Igor the groomer at Glen Innes is amazing! super friendly and helpful, the puppers also love him ;) Which is always a bonus. Full of knowledge, highly recommend !! :)

We come here for my two cats. This Animates branch has a great selection of pet products such as food, toy, accessaries etc. There is a vet clinic and dog wash station on site. The staff are knowledgeable and super helpful.

Igor, the new groomer at Glen Innes is awesome! Listened to our concerns and did an amazing groom on our two Lhatese's. We were very weary as our last groom at Lunn Ave was hideous, our dogs looked like skinned rats... Maz (the Manager) and Igor have restored our faith... Thank you so much, and we will be back soon!

Igor is amazing! I brought my dog in today for a groom. Igor was super friendly and professional! My dog looked super cute after a much needed groom! Highly recommended!! Will take her back to him again very soon.

Love this place. Buy my dogs food and treats here as well as give her a bath in their wash bay. Dog not so keen on that wash part

They are the best! Called to seek advice about our kitten drooling and loss of apetite, and esp. On a tight budget! Had tonhold back tears. Customer service on point. Provided solutions for financial assistance as well remedy for our kitten. Grateful - Kitty has recovered well.

Jen grooms our Mini Schnauzer and is fantastic. Millie looks great and smells great.... that is until she gets home and digs a hole and rolls in it lol. The staff are always friendly and more than happy to help. It's our go to place for our menagerie of pets including our blind cat, Guinea Pig, turtles and fish. Definitely recommend.

Rip off vet services. Couldn't sort out my issues i paid 400.00 and when I asked for a revisit they said I would have to pay for the revisit again for the same issue unhappy after paying 400.00 and only a month later to pay again Go see integrity vet care prices are much better and they get the job done!
