Craig is the most patient and helpful person I have dealt with in many years. He is amazing has the most incredible customer services skills, I only made a small purchase ( total of 4 screws ) but Craig treated me with the upmost respect ( despite me being female ) and made me feel like I was the most important customer he had. I can never thank him enough for all his help and assistance.

I had expected Anzor - being a specialist in stainless fasteners - would be expensive or not interested in small cash purchases. In reality, their prices are good (better than the large general fastener supplier I'm used to) and they're quite friendly and helpful. Minimum purchase is 5, but that's less than a beer and doesn't seem unreasonable to me.
I needed about 5 different types of screws with different odd ball lengths and widths and threads and i was able to get it all. Cheap price and i was so pleased with the helpful service this will always be my place for nuts n bolts
Guys in there are very patient and very helpful.
