Not worth the 1star (need to rate:))... Opened kids with their piggy , reduced without any proper financial advice then, went to close one day when needed some, tol not worth withdrawing.... & as had tgo Westpact a few clicks down road.... & my accounts too, no statements, Yeah, This is why 'Aotearoa' Maori financial literacy fails...

Staff are usually great here face to face one that replies to emails can be quite rude. Fees could be cheaper and they could stop transferring money to my loan account when it's not the due date without my permission. Other then that awesome.

Agree with last review. Everything you do wether it be eftpos, online banking, atm use other than there own you are charged through the roof fees for. The worst thing is your paying to use your own money. Glad I went back to main stream.

Increasingly unhappy with ACU, am looking for another bank. It's hard to make contact with them, there is basically 1 or 2 contact numbers, callbacks come long after the event I was wanting to query. When I do speak with someone, they appear to give inconsistent advice across other staff. Also ACU fees are ridiculous, they chew into my savings, I only stick with them due to the Credicare but by the time my family uses it (when I'm dead), I could've saved into a high interest savings account for the fees I pay monthly! Lastly, the online banking is unbelievably outdated! Come on ACU, tidy things up.
