Service was fine on drop off only waited 10min for pick up I was getting dropped off at Britz rentals which was fine when I got dropped of the guy driving said just txt when needing to be picked up when you have arrived back 4 days later I txt the guy who then waited 10min to txt back to say they only pick up from domestic terminal I then called him and had a go on the phone to him but it seems he barely understood what I was even saying.. Then Then britz rental team got me a shuttle from Aero parks who happily took me to my vehicle at Apark even though it wasn't there job too.. I will never use Apark again and advise no one else to from now on i will use Aero Park just around the corner..

Quick and efficient service. Got there, dropped off my keys and john got me to the airport in the shuttle. All within half an hour. When we came back we only had to call and john was there in 15 minutes. By far the most personalized and speedy service we've encountered in a parking company.

waited 20 mins in front of their gates, and even called the night before and got a confirmation that someone will be there. No one turned up, no one answered our calls. Almost missed my flight because I had to find an alternative parking. Never got any call or email. Called them after my holiday to get a refund, and someone whom I couldn't understand very well texted me that someone will call. No one called. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I STILL HAVENT GOT MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK.

About 40 minutes late for the pick up! Tried to call them nearly 10 times but no answers by the both mobile and telephone, it shouldn’t be happened in the afternoon time, I didn’t want to waste my time in the endless waiting with my little daughter, so had to call the Uber to take us to the parking area! Was the bad experience and not recommended!
