Love, love going to Aperitivo! Damien & his team are friendly, fast with getting your drinks & food -and they make the best cocktails!!! It’s a small intimate bar with a million (plus) dollar views. Live music on certain nights - cosy blankets over the chairs for cooler nights. I advise you book a table on busy weekend cos it doesn’t that long to fill up. 10/10

Fantastically lush dining, imaginative dishes & cocktails also, that I had the good fortune to try. Amazing service with not only good food suggestions but sightseeing advice too. Expect gorgeous views, a very enjoyable way to while away an afternoon.
What a lovely place this is. We were initially going to go to the resteraunt next door but after standing in line with no service we thought why not go into Aperitivo. Turned out to be a great decision because from the moment we stepped in our experience was terrific. The service was brilliant and every single dish was cooked perfectly. The view is an added bonus as well on a beautiful sunny afternoon. So far our favourite resteraunt in Waiheke. Don't miss this place when your here.
Nice private little wine bar tucked away, perfect for a couple of sneaky drinks and a snack. Definatly recommend if you want somewhere uncomplicated to chill out, have a drink and listen to some good tunes

Under new management just before lock down, the new manager has done a great job with this idyllic located and intimate restaurant. The food was presented very professionally and it was a delight to eat. The staff and management are very friendly and attentive - thank you guys for a wonderful evening.
Invited to a wine function yesterday and left early and popped into Aperativo, we were greeted by Gilda the Italian Manageress. Very welcoming and beautiful scenic views, just a shame it was very quiet and we had a ferry to catch. Definitely be back thank you guys.
