Excellent holiday saw pretty much the whole of Northland, awesome weather until the last day. A beautiful part of our country. Great camper. Great customer service & lovely staff, very helpful. Would hire from Apollo again. We had the camper for ten days & didn't plug into power once.

Thanks heaps for your wonderful service and camper. Staff at Auckland Apollo a pleasure to deal with, and though I had a few issues, everything was rectified quickly and to a standard more than I hoped. 10/10 use again.

The woman at the front (receptionist) on the 1st of April needs to take a customer service course, so rude. Friendly & professional customer service reps, Fade and Shontelle were quite helpful. I found the vehicle quite dirty but Fade understood us and managed to get someone to clean it for us before we headed out. I recommend that the company chooses wisely on who represents it at the front house because the friendly people should be the face of the company not the back (speaking from a business owner perspective), Thanks.

We had a wonderful experience with Apollo. Very friendly staff, the campervan was in impeccable state and very clean. At pick up a patient staff member explained us how everything worked and answered every question we had. We had a wonderful Holiday, we had a euro tourer campervan, the bed is super big and comfortable. The drop off was also made very easy. We got our bond back in a week. Totally recommend

Enjoyed a lot for this road trip with Apollo Euro Camper van, perfect for four people, we parked in a holiday park for recharging camper van fortnightly which is perfect. Make sure you book ahead to get good deals.

Very long check in in the Auckland branch. More than an hour. Australian office add an Insurrance I never asked. Van drives very well, good amount of storage but beds are way better with competitors for the same size of van. Especially the top bed who is not suitable for adultes.

Managers need to work on their way of dealing with customers as I believe they're rude. However, the customer service team were quite helpful and more understanding than the managers. Was served by a young guy with the blonde hair can't remember the name but the guy was understanding and professional in terms of dealing with our issues, a great sense of humour too. Motorhome is alright overall in terms of functionality but a bit dirty. I would say 3 stars is a fair review.
