Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I would post less than a 1 star if I could. I would most certainly not recommend purchasing from this company at all. We paid additional for the dishwasher to be installed, and their incompetent team did not put the dishwasher in correctly. This resulted in some major problems with leaks all through the back of the cabinet and potential electrical issues. We contacted them and the store manager was the rudest, completely ignorant person you could imagine. Showed zero interest in even discussing what had happened, despite it was their staff member who incorrectly installed the dishwasher. Said it was not his problem and that we should have contacted him first, yet we had potential electrical issues and major water leaks in our kitchen so we wanted to get it resolved. We asked for the service fee we paid for to be reimbursed, and he had no interest in assisting, then closed the online help support window and shut me out. I will never recommend this company again, and I most certainly do not recommend that anyone purchases from a company with such a terrible attitude to customer service, particularly when it is being led by their store manager.

A mixed experience from Appliance Outlet for me. Bryan was helpful when I called to buy an oven for my rental property. He offered me a higher spec Midea oven that was box damaged at a good price (and assured me it was just a tatty box). The oven wasn't listed on their website. When the invoice was emailed through, I noticed that the warranty period was only 1 year. All the other Midea ovens I'd looked at on their website came with 2 year warranties. I called and asked this to be remedied, but no luck. If I'd been told the oven only had 1 year warranty, I would have purchased a lower spec model from their website with 2 year warranty.

Recently bought a Whirlpool 60cm Ceramic cooktop at a great discount price & had it installed. User manual not very user friendly on how to operate the cooktop. A bit disappointed. Looks elegant & better than my old gas hob. Will have to play around with it to figure the touch buttons out. Thanks to Bryan for the sale.
