Admittedly, Mondays seem to be a very busy time for all locksmith companies. Armstrong was the 5th company I called after front door lock broke and I was unable to get in. Technician was an hour late but was very professional, apologetic and worked quickly. The administrator was also apologetic and discounted my service. Overall I still think it was reasonably good value given the time spent and replacement parts. 100% would use again!!!

My car was stolen and my wifes van keys were stolen also and the thief locked her van. We called Armstrong who sent somebody around, it was raining and he stated "As it may rain harder and I don't want to get wet and get your van wet, I will come back on Monday).And drove away. The thief returned the same night and tried to run us down as he stole the van (because HE had the keys). If our Van had been opened, we could have immobilized it and that would't have occurred. So, thank you Armstrong we will never use your services again. NO STARS WHATSOEVER are recorded for this post we have to click something to allow the post!!!!!

Had booked a job and they cancelled literally last minute as the van broke down. Ended up cancelling other tradesmen as we couldn't get into the house. Armstrong needs to get their stuff together and make sure their vans are regularly serviced
