It took us a few more years than we had expected to get our Dad's headstone done, BUT all along, Helen Kassai, the Sales Manager at this branch stuck with us. Her and her team extended us so much grace and patience that made this whole process so incredibly easy. She encouraged us and enabled us to go through the process while guiding us with so much empathy and compassion. Thank you to you Helen personally because you were very much the main point of contact for the past 4 years. Our family appreciate you more than we can express and the Dad's headstone looks amazing. The effort they put in to ensure that we got the highest level of quality in the ceramic photo tile and the colour and level of workmanship is so evident in our father's gorgeous headstone. The amount of care and compassion that was shown, was, and still is, overwhelming. The headstone for our beautiful sister is absolutely beautiful and the patience that was given in the designing, as we grieved deeply, was so comforting. I live in Melbourne and arranging a beautiful headstone honouring both our father and sister (who passed within 6 months of dad and had chosen to be cremated) could not have been easier notwithstanding COVID 19. Awesome sraff and lovely business to deal with
Aro Memorials was the best choice for my family. Helen was so wonderful to work with, right from start to finish. She made everything so stress free and always kept me on track. We had the unveiling yesterday and despite the weather, the rain held off on every important part of the day from the Church to the Cemetry to the Restaurant. Our prayers were heard Helen. Beautiful, beautiful headstone for our beloved mother - so fitting! I was so proud to see it in place and not another around that compared. Eternally grateful for the compassion displayed by Aro during the process. And as for Helen - well, what can I say? She was amazing and her input was much valued.
