What an amazing experience for my husband and I, and our 8-yo, during my 12-week scan. The radiologist we had was amazing. We didn't feel rushed at all and we got to enjoy watching our little jelly bean wriggle around and for our 8-yo to see his little sibling he's been wanting for so long. Thank you! It was a special moment for us. I was in doubt to get the package at first as we moved 45km away from Ascot Hospital the day after my first scan with them. But after this experience, I would rather travel to get the same amazing service. I would highly recommend! Worth every cent. Thank you!!

I had an awesome experience. The staff were so friendly, especially Anderson. They played my favorite music for me when I was getting scanned and made me feel really relaxed and welcomed. They gave all the necessary information and everything was done efficiently and on time. Thank you team!

Incredible care throughout my pregnancy - my husband wasn't able to make the 20 week scan, however the Sonographer was so friendly and helpful during the appointment. Thank you Ascot for also always trying to get the best 4D images, even though our little girl always had her hands up by her face.

I was referred here for an x-ray from the doctors next door. I arrived 20 minutes before the after hours charging rate was supposed to kick in and was force to sit and wait for 15 minutes before anyone even said hello to me. At that time they then said the charging rate would triple because it was now after hours. Imagine how long any other business would last if they behaved this way. Because they had bad service I have to pay more. Don't waste your time go to a real hospital

ascot main carpark is no longer free now. you have to pay 4dollars for one hour.and no one tell us, i get a notice today, and i go asking the man work here.he told me that system are runing for two weeks now. wow just let you guys know. careful when you park here you need to pay

I went in for a 4D scan. Reception staff were fine but the sonographer was rude and didn't try to get us good pictures of baby. If I'd known they weren't going to show us or try show us properly I wouldn't have forked out 110 for the special 4D and just gone to Auckland Radiology like I have before and not wasted the money...
