Paula has amazing abilities and is like a muscle detective. While massaging you, she also diagnoses the causes of muscle aches. She gets you back up and going again as well as helps you to understand the causes. This awareness makes it so much easier to avoid repeat pains and strains. I have referred friends and would highly recommend to others.
Paula's massages are amazing. I used to think all massage was the same, and all massage was just varying degrees of pleasant (some on the sore end of pleasant but pleasant all the same) but the experience of floating out of Integral Massage is like nothing I've ever experienced before
