William and Jenny are professionals; they provided a thorough and methodical inspection report for the house I wanted to buy. It included potential problems that could occur in plaster houses, how to fix them, how to maintain the house and pros and cons should I decide to sell the property. They were all explained in easy terms which I could understand. They were a great help to my buying house and I am very thankful.

I highly recommend this company. William was very professional with lots of knowledge. The house was thoroughly checked even in the dirty places under roof and far underneath the property. A useful and detailed inspection report. After his thorough inspection report and clear advice, it was helpful in our decision to purchase the propetry. They are professional and easy to work with! William did a meticulous inspection of our apartment. He was walked us through the materials and workmanship of the place. He was straightforward and took the time to explain his findings. The report he sent was detailed with a lot of photos.
