Dr Terry was amazing, 24 hours after treatment for my severe SPD and I can walk/move around almost normally again. I am amazed and he was so lovely. Highly recommend!

Dr Terry Te Hiko is the man! One of the best Chiropractor i have been too who is a brilliant and friendly guy which instantly puts you at ease especially if you are worried about the alignment procedures that will be done. He is also very flexible with timings and he has always managed to squeeze me in between schedules especially if i am in a lot of pain. I always end up with muscle injuries from gym and life but i always know Terry can put me back together again :) Highly recommend!!

I was recommended for chiropractic manipulation by my massage therapist because she was unable to alleviate pain I was getting in my neck, where I have degenerative bone disease. The Chiropractor I saw seemed very keen on having me back for repeated manipulation, i.e. the standard 10 treatments automatically approved by ACC. I felt the very limited option of repeated manipulation was a dangerous approach for my condition - particularly since Auckland City Chiropractic is a multi-disciplinary practice and I could have been referred for what would presumably have been higher-grade treatment by one of the resident sports massage therapists. That might have been better for me - but perhaps not so much for the Chiropractor.

I got terrible pain on my neck and shoulders and i went to this place to get some acupuncture , i can move my neck and shoulders without any pain now. Stong recommend place!!!
